Taller Internacional Egipcio «YOUSRY SHARIFF»
Al igual que en el año 2005, nuestra Escuela de Danzas Orientales «Vanessa Angulo & Su Grupo» impartió exitosamente el sábado 12 y domingo 13 de Agosto del 2006 el Taller Internacional Egipcio del Maestro YOUSRY SHARIFF proveniente de la Academia Egipcia de Danzas Orientales «The Egyptian Academy of Oriental Dance» desde el exterior. Este taller fue impartido en las instalaciones del Ballet Alina Abreu ubicado en la avenida Sarasota.
En esta oportunidad el maestro Yousry premió nuestra escuela permitiendo que todas disfrutasen de una sección fotográfica junto a él y fue muy grato gozar de la profesionalidad del Sr. Shariff y la amabilidad que nos brindó en el taller egipcio 2006. Para el año 2007 este taller está pautado para celebrarse los días 27 y 28 del octubre.
En cuanto al Taller Internacional de 6 días que realiza anualmente la Academia Egipcia de Danzas Orientales con Mr. Shariff como su director y el profesor egipcio Fifi Hassam, la misma fue una experiencia maravillosa ya que nuestra Directora Vanessa Angulo, tuvo la oportunidad de compartir experiencias inolvidables junto a muchas profesionales que realizaron junto a ella el Workshop de 6 días durante el mes de julio del 2006 en la ciudad de NY y bailaron en la Novena Gala Anual de la Academia.
En nuestra galería de fotos podemos ver a la Sra. Angulo compartiendo experiencias con Amar Gamal, de las Bellydance Superstars, Virginia, de Miami, Valeric de Puerto Rico y algunas compatriotas dominicanas como Yowalka. Asimismo, el pasado año 2005, Alicia Mata, Wendy Urbaez y Vanessa C.Angulo junior, profesoras de nuestra institución, junto a Vanessa Angulo disfrutaron enormemente el taller ofrecido por el Sr. Shariff junto a Madmoud Redha, director del Ballet Nacional Egipcio del Cairo, quien impartió sus clases acompaňado de Nesma, importantísima bailarina y profesora en España.
